  • We offer virtual visits through SIGMA MD.

  • All patients must review and sign our Telehealth Consent Form in the patient portal before receiving virtual care.

Direct-Pay Policy

  • To Life Practice is a direct-pay (cash-based) medical practice and does not bill insurance.

Emergency Disclaimer

  • This website is not monitored for urgent messages.

  • If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Dr. Charlotte Grinberg is licensed to practice medicine in:

  • Washington, D.C.

  • Maryland

  • Virginia

Medical services are only provided to patients physically located in these states at the time of care.
